Engaged in a creative endeavor this afternoon after finding the Powerpuff Girls "How-To" in my archive!
I think it was part of the style guide from 2000 to help designers if they needed to do new art or make an adjustment to a piece of style guide art for some project. They wanted you to do it in Adobe Illustrator (which I did the other day) and they provided a step-by-step for how to do it, but I also wanted to see if you can do it in Clip Paint Pro. You can.
I worked on top of the sketch they provided and used it as a guide.
