REPOST: Drawing ED From ED, EDD N EDDY!

Here's a drawing video I did of my favorite Ed from Ed, Edd n Eddy!

Ed's a bit confused in this drawing since he can't find his jawbreakers that he hid in his room.

Penciled with a 5H, then tightened up with an H lead, and then inked with the Pitt Brush Marker on cheap letterhead copy paper.

In real time, about 9 minutes long. I was moving!

REPOST: Drawing Shaggy video!

Fun video I made of myself drawing Shaggy from many years ago. Still entertaining as it's done by hand... on paper no less! Only 15 minutes for you short attention people! I worked fast in real time just for you!

REPOST: Drawing SCOOBY-DOO video!

For newer followers! A repost of a video I shot drawing Scooby-Doo. It was shot way, way back with an HD Flip camera that hung precariously above my drawing table. A close up headshot of Scooby I drew in real time. Drawn on cheap copy paper. It's a bit light at first since I use a 5H for initial breakdowns but it gets darker when I tighten it up. Inked with a Pitt Brush Marker.

My Scooby-Doo Drawing Video Is Now Up On YouTube!

Here is one of my drawing videos that I just loaded up to YouTube. I've been running it at my speaking engagements of late and so here it is for the rest of you out there in Internet Land. It's speeded up and cut to Scooby music which was all done by John Tatarelli for me. You can check out the real time, higher quality videos of it on my vimeo page (click here). They don't have any real soundtrack to the real time ones though so you can play your own music to it. This was just a teaser to get some advertising for myself.

Here is a direct link to the YouTube as well! Click Here

SCOOBY-DOO - The Video Drawn Sketches!

Here are the four final Scooby Drawings that I shot video for. I gave the Scooby Head Shot one to my old high school art teacher as a gift at my 'Arts Hall of Fame' Induction at the school this past Thursday. More on that to follow...

ED, EDD 'N EDDY - My Video Drawn Sketches

Here are the three final Eds drawing that I drew in the videos. I scanned them for the record and will place them in my sketch portfolio to sell at some point. Possibly on my soon to be online store...

Scott Neely Draws ED, EDD N EDDY!

Scott Neely Draws ED, EDD N EDDY! from Scott Neely on Vimeo.

Here's a drawing I did of all three of the Eds from the Cartoon Network cartoon Ed, Edd n Eddy! The hard thing about doing this kind of group shot is trying to make each Ed unique with their facial expressions and staying within their distinct personalities. Penciled with a 5H, then tightened up with an H lead, and then inked with the Pitt Brush Marker on cheap letterhead copy paper.

Testing out my new Flip Slide HD camera and decided to draw Scooby since that is what I do professionally. Still playing with the lighting and such so it will be light on my initial sketching and it gets darker. Penciled with a 5H pencil for the initial breakdown then I tighten it up with an H pencil and then inked with a Pitt Brush Marker. I usually take longer to ink so I burned this out for the sake of a video. This is also in real time and not speeded up.

Scooby Artist Scott Neely Drawing Scooby - Sketch #1

Scooby Artist Scott Neely Drawing Scooby - Sketch #1 from Scott Neely on Vimeo.

This is the first one I shot with my new Flip Slide HD camera. Did a great job recording it! This like the other video I posted is in real time so young artists can see the process and how I go about drawing. Penciled with a 5H pencil for the initial breakdown then I tighten it up with an H pencil and then inked with a Pitt Brush Marker. I took the audio track off of it as well since besides my pencil noises that you would hear, I also had an Opie and Anthony show I was listening to at the time and that might be offensive to some so I removed it.
