KUNG FU PANDA 2 - Art Icons & Elements

I thought I'd post these unique pieces that I did amid the work I did for Kung Fu Panda 2. These were done in November of 2010 as the film was released in 2011. These are art icons or elements that are created to accent a project or style guide! 

These were unique in that I did them with the pen tool in Adobe Illustrator at the time. Dreamworks gave me reference to work from and that made it easier as I didn't have to create anything out of my mind and deal with revisions. These were a fast turnaround and I think they came out looking cool! 

KUNG FU PANDA Icons Art

Here's some icon art I did for Kung Fu Panda 2. Thought I'd post these as they are a bit different from what I normally post though still interesting in subject matter. All were done in Adobe Illustrator 10 using the pen tool, which I still use though I have CS5 on my systems. I still prefer the older program to work in. I have seen Windows 8 and am afraid of a new learning curve as Windows 7 was a bit different from XP, which I still think is the best they ever did.

And Now... KUNG FU PANDA 2 Is On My Board!

After finishing Winnie the Pooh work, I moved right into some Kung Fu Panda 2 work... and I will be doing that for maybe two months? Not sure yet... I knew the Panda stuff was coming when I finished MegaMind work but it does take some time to get the ball rolling.
