Hey there, it's Yogi Bear! Here's a couple of pics I drew of the "smarter than the average bear" on copy paper. Yogi's always been one of my favorite Hanna-Barbera characters and I have quite a few plush dolls, toys, and board games and comics featuring him that I've collected over the years. Unfortunately, they don't do much new licensing with the character so it's kind of a shame there's no work available. They more or less use the art they did many years ago and just keep reprinting it since I think the corporate end feels that these characters aren't known to younger kids like the newer shows that are on Cartoon Network. How many kids have the Boomerang channel? The same goes for pretty much all the rest of the Hanna-Barbera line except for Scooby, which they always create new stuff for. Kind of a shame that Yogi, Atom Ant, Quick Draw McGraw, and the Flintstones have faded away since the writing for ALL these old properties was WAY BETTER than the shows that are on today. Enjoy Yogi before he gets your picnic basket!
